The second-generation GIOTTO electric rotating oven offers high precision, efficient cooking and user-friendly design, now enhanced with touchscreen technology. The new control system allows for fine-tuned temperature adjustments, flexible control over heating elements, and customisable cooking schedules. It also optimises energy usage. Furthermore, the oven is designed for easy transport and installation, featuring a wheel-equipped support and dimensions that fit through standard doorways.

The Mantegna is the inaugural single pizza oven featuring a rotating deck capable of achieving a working temperature of up to 500°C. Crafted to be compact yet potent, this oven is ideal for settings where space is limited but quality is essential.

The Cuppone Silea Dough Mixer is a durable, professional-grade machine designed for longevity. Constructed entirely from stainless steel, it offers utmost reliability for high-traffic venues. The mixer is equipped with castors for enhanced mobility, a fixed head and bowl, a stainless steel safety guard, a heavy-duty motor, and a microswitch cut-out feature. Utilising a spiral mixing system, it can prepare dough in just 20 minutes, thereby increasing production efficiency.
